Denis Sadik

Co-founder of Windrock Group, Denis has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Denis has several years’ experience in design, construction and project management across both commercial and residential projects. Denis has a thorough understanding of the design and build process—from concept, design and estimations, to construction supervision. Denis oversees the entire custom home process from consultation to handover, ensuring optimal delivery and an enjoyable experience for every client.
Manuell Sadik

Co-founder of Windrock Group, Manuell has an Advanced Diploma in Architectural Design. Having honed his skills in design consulting at one of Australasia’s biggest construction companies, Manuell has solid knowledge of building design and an intuition for devising clever design solutions. With extensive experience in client liaison, building design & construction supervision, he brings an innovative and integrated approach to Windrock’s custom design and build process, carefully tailoring his creations to meet the needs of our clients.
Deny Sadik
// Construction Site Manager
Co-founder of Windrock Group, Deny has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Deny has a comprehensive background in site and construction management, Deny manages the entire construction process of each Windrock home from excavation to site handover. Before co-founding Windrock Group, he’d come across many construction complications—from complex basement excavations and sloping sites to difficult ground conditions and spatial limitations. With a wealth of working knowledge of every aspect of construction site management, Deny is dedicated to delivering well-planned, well-crafted custom homes.

Specialising in small to medium commercial projects, Windrock Group’s portfolio of successful developments spans commercial refurbishments, community buildings, warehouses, low-rise apartments and retail stores.
